While there are a lot of great website platforms out there, we only work with Squarespace. While we’d love to support other platforms, we focus all of our attention on being Squarespace experts!

Yes! If you need a new page creates or something else that requires some creative and strategic discovery, we’ll set up a zoom conference to unpack it face-to-face.

Simple updates will usually be completed the same day. For simple requests sent at the end of the day you can expect them completed the next business day. For more complex requests, we will provided an estimate date of completion.

Yes! For copy updates, we will simply copy and paste the text you send us with light editing of obvious errors. For more complex updates, we’ll send your proofs before we push the changes live.

You’ll need to provide us with “Administrative Permission”, so we’ll be able to respond to all of your requests.

For monthly subscription plans, you can cancel anytime and you won’t be charged after the current subscription month. For yearly subscriptions, you will need to finish out your subscription year. Be sure to cancel your annual renewal before your renewal date.

For “posting plans”, we meet via zoom to work out our posting method with you. It’s different for every church depending on what video/livestream platforms they use, but ideally we simple take your YouTube or Vimeo link and content and post all of it on your website. It’s a similar process for Events with either your Church Management System or submission forms.
